Sedum – Mr. Goodbud

‘Mr. Goodbud’ was granted the Award of Garden Merit by the Royal Horticultural Society in 2006.

Grows: 15-18″ tall with clump of thick, fleshy foliage topped with buds resembling broccoli. Gradually, these densely clustered buds will reveal tiny, star-like pink flowers in late summer, which will softly change to rich mauve in the fall as they die.

Flowers attract bees, hummingbirds, butterflies.

Grows beset in full sun, in average to dry the medium moisture, well drained soils. Tolerates very light shade and poor soils.

Drought and heat tolerant and is disease resistant and deer resistant.
